The LSI-approach is based on thoroughly researched theories on the conditions required for diverse groups of people to work together effectively. See also under History. In most literature about LSI one or more LGI methods are central. We embrace the motto "the best cooks use the principles, not the recipes", which emphasises the principles for designing a customised change process that meets the particular circumstances.
